Staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, both in public channels and in private communication with members.
Staff must maintain regular activity. Extended absences must be communicated to management in advance through the appropriate channel.
All staff are held to the same server rules as members, and in many cases to a higher standard due to their visible position.
Staff discussions, decisions, and internal matters are confidential and must not be shared outside of the staff team.
All staff must follow the established chain of command. Concerns should be escalated appropriately rather than bypassing leadership.
Staff must handle moderation actions impartially, without favoritism or bias toward any member regardless of relationship.
For support, moderation issues, or general inquiries, open a ticket in our Discord server. Tickets are handled by the appropriate team based on category.
Direct messages to staff members for support requests are not monitored and will be redirected to the ticket system.
